Payments, Refunds and Payouts

Every charge on the platform, and how money moves in and out.

Effective 19 August 2026Last updated 8 September 2026

The amounts on this page are the charges currently in force. Every order records the fees that applied when it was placed, so a later change never alters an order you have already made.

What you are charged

Item total, set by the vendor and shown on their page before you add anything to your cart.

Delivery fee of ₹30 per order, covering pickup and drop-off.

Platform fee of ₹12 per order, which is what Dryzapp keeps to run the service.

A distance charge may apply for pickups far from the vendor. It is shown on the bill before you confirm.

All charges appear on the bill before checkout. Nothing is added afterwards.

Charges are fixed at the time of order

Each order stores the fees that applied when it was placed. If Dryzapp later changes its pricing, orders already placed keep their original charges, your history does not change, and vendor earnings on past orders are unaffected.

Refunds

Cancelled prepaid orders are refunded instantly to your Dryzapp wallet.

If you would rather have the money back on your card or UPI, ask support: bank reversals take 5-7 business days.

Upheld damage claims are paid the same way.

Cash-on-delivery orders cancelled before pickup have nothing to refund.

The Dryzapp wallet

Your wallet holds refunds, compensation and promotional credit. It can be spent on any order and does not expire.

Customer wallet balance is not withdrawable as cash and is not transferable between accounts.

Vendor wallets hold order earnings and are withdrawable; see Vendor payouts below.

Vendor payouts

Order value minus the platform fee is credited to the vendor's wallet when an order is marked delivered.

Vendors can request a payout once the balance reaches ₹100. Requests are reviewed and paid to the registered bank account within 3-5 business days of approval.

A requested amount is held out of the available balance immediately. A rejected request returns the full amount to the wallet with a reason attached.

Failed and disputed payments

If a payment is taken but the order is not created, it is returned automatically. If you do not see it, contact support with the transaction reference.

Raising a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first will suspend the account while the bank's process runs. Support is faster.
