Standards, commission, payouts and accountability for partner shops.
The amounts on this page are the charges currently in force. Every order records the fees that applied when it was placed, so a later change never alters an order you have already made.
New shops are reviewed before going live. Submit your identity and business documents from the website; your shop becomes visible to customers once our team has verified them.
Keep your listing accurate: services, prices, turnaround times and opening hours. Switch your shop offline rather than leaving orders you cannot fulfil.
Maintain professional standards of garment care, pressing and handling.
Sustained poor reviews, recurring garment damage, or repeatedly missed turnaround times can lead to suspension from the marketplace. We will always tell you what the problem is and give you a chance to fix it before suspending a shop, except where there is evidence of fraud.
Honour the processing window you accepted when confirming the order.
If an order will be late, update its status and tell the customer through the platform before the deadline passes, not after.
Inspect every garment when it reaches your facility and record any pre-existing damage or staining in the platform immediately. A condition recorded at intake is what protects you if a claim is raised later; damage reported for the first time after delivery is treated as having occurred in your care.
Store customer items securely and separately from other work.
Dryzapp retains a platform fee of ₹12 per delivered order. The rest of the order value is credited to your wallet when the order is marked delivered.
The fee that applies is the one in force when the order was placed. It is recorded on the order, so a later change to our pricing never affects money you have already earned.
You can request a payout once your balance reaches ₹100. Requests are reviewed by our team and paid to your registered bank account within 3-5 business days of approval.
The requested amount leaves your available balance as soon as you request it. If a payout is rejected, the full amount returns to your wallet and you are told why.
Payouts can be held where an order is under a damage claim or a fraud review. We will tell you the reason and the amount held.
Where a customer claim is upheld, the compensation paid to the customer is recovered from the vendor responsible.
You will see the claim, the customer's evidence and your own intake record before any deduction is made, and you can dispute it through support.
Customer names, phone numbers and addresses obtained through Dryzapp may be used only to fulfil Dryzapp orders.
Do not use them to market your own services, and do not share or sell them. Misuse of customer data ends the partnership immediately.
